Marketing Generalist
Now HiringFIDUS has a fast-growing user base and large organic social media following – but Sam can’t do everything alone. We’re looking for a marketing generalist who can manage organic social, run paid ads, manage influencer relationships, and create content that connects. You’ll work closely with Sam and Monica and have real autonomy over how FIDUS shows up in the world. We’re looking for someone who can really think outside the box and get FIDUS out there into the world in fun ways.
What You’ll Do- Manage and grow our organic social presence across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Plan, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta and TikTok
- Build and manage influencer relationships – outreach, gifting, follow-up
- Create and repurpose content (short-form video, copy, graphics)
- Write blog posts and SEO content to drive organic traffic
- Think outside the box when it comes to getting FIDUS out there – whether that’s arranging partnerships with relationship therapists, or securing features in blog posts and on podcasts for Sam and Monica etc.
- Track performance and report on what’s working and what isn’t
- 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally at a consumer app or DTC brand
- Comfortable across organic social, paid ads, and influencer marketing
- Strong written communication – you can write in someone else’s voice
- Self-starter who thrives in a small, fast-moving team
- Genuine interest in relationships, wellness, or lifestyle content
- US-based strongly preferred
ASO Specialist
Now HiringFIDUS is live internationally on both the App Store and Google Play. We want to make sure people can find us. We’re looking for an experienced ASO specialist to optimize our store listings, improve keyword rankings, and help us convert more visitors into downloads – on an ongoing project or retainer basis.
What You’ll Do- Audit and optimize our App Store and Google Play listings
- Research and implement keyword strategies for both platforms
- Optimize screenshots, preview videos, and store creative
- Monitor rankings and iterate based on performance data
- Advise on review strategy and respond to store feedback
- Proven ASO experience with measurable results
- Familiarity with tools like AppFollow, Sensor Tower, or AppTweak
- Experience across both iOS App Store and Google Play
- Clear communicator – you can explain what you’re doing and why
- Available for ongoing collaboration, not just a one-time audit
